HAM radio Extra Class (AC7EF), FCC Marine Operator Permit: MP-GB-003584, Oregon Boater Ed. Card, U.S. Transportation Workers ID Credential(TWIC), Oregon Invasive Species Permit, U.S. Passport, Covid-19 Vaccination, U.S. Global Entry.

What this means is that I can move a boat quicker, with greater safety
and less chance of getting caught in the open and damaging it.

Prefer Powerboats or Motorsailors 40-100 feet. US West Coast, Gulf of Mexico, Mexico, Panama, Alaska, South Pacific. Will consider other.
